前庭神经鞘瘤三种不同手术入路的听力保留

效果分析

【摘要】随着显微神经外科技术的发展，前庭神经鞘瘤治疗目标由最初的生命保全转变为神经功能保留。

继面神经成功保留后，保留听力（保听）成为新的目标。为实现这一目标，有多种治疗方案可供选择，但手术治

疗仍然是当前最根本的治疗方式。保听手术入路包括乙状窦后入路、中颅窝入路和迷路后入路3种，每种入路都

有其适用条件与优势，这些手术入路在近年得到广泛的拓展与进步。我们在了解前庭神经鞘瘤听力变化过程与

治疗方案的基础上，比较了3种不同手术入路的保听效果。
