摘要

随着人工智能(AI)技术的普及，传统的《新药开发设计》课程在教学方法和教学内容上都受到一定的冲

击，比如AI整合不足、相关技术更新慢、重理论轻实践等。构建AI驱动的课程体系，并探索强化实践与

创新的教学模式，具有现实紧迫性。改革后的课程强调AI技术在靶点识别、先导化合物优化和临床前评

价等关键环节的融合，倡导师生共学共建的教学机制，突出项目驱动和实践训练，旨在培养既精通药学

专业知识，又熟练掌握AI技术，具备跨学科整合能力和创新精神的复合型药物研发人才。
