[摘要]本文基于现代医院管理理论，提出创新改革路径：通过优化管理架构、推行精细化管理与成本控制解

决运行低效问题；构建人才引进与激励机制应对专业人才流失；深化信息化建设，整合大数据与人工智能技

术提升诊疗效率。未来需融合敏捷管理思维，强化智慧医疗应用，通过远程诊疗、疾病预测模型优化服务流

程，同时以患者为中心完善医患沟通机制。这些举措不仅可缓解医疗资源供需矛盾，还将推动医院向高效、

智能化转型，为构建公平、高质量的医疗卫生体系提供理论与实践支撑，助力实现可持续发展目标。
