一种三工位卷取机换卷凸轮装置的设计

摘要：设计了一套换卷凸轮装置，该装置包含换卷凸轮、传动齿轮、推力板等机构。三工位卷取机在转台旋转换卷时，可确保2根

接触滚轴交替运行，在转台旋转时及旋转后，至少有1根接触滚轴不间断地与卷绕滚轴接触，且2根接触滚轴同时接触的时间

为2~3s，再通过换卷凸轮装置将其中1根接触滚轴返回至与转台的旋转角度相应的固定位置。实验结果表明，该装置很好

地完成了上述功能。

Abstract:Thispaperdesignsasetofcamdeviceforchangingcoil,whichincludescamforchangingcoil,transmission

gear,thrustplateandothermechanisms.Whenthethree-stationwinderrotatesthechangingcoilontheturntable,itcan

ensurethatthetwocontactrollersrunalternately,andwhentherotarytablerotatesandafterrotation,atleastonecontact

rollerisinuninterruptedcontactwiththewindingroller,andthetimeofsimultaneouscontactrollercontactofthetwo

contactrollersis2~3s,andthenoneofthecontactrollersisreturnedtoafixedpositioncorrespondingtotherotation

angleoftheturntablebythecamdeviceforchangingcoil.Experimentalresultsshowthatthedevicefulfillstheabove

functionswell.
