一种柔性辅助支撑结构的预紧力判读算法研究

摘要：介绍了一种柔性辅助支撑的结构方案，结合其传统预紧力调节与判读方法介绍了装配技术要求。结合装配过程数据，

说明了加载过程中主连接端面间隙难以正常归零的特殊现象。基于轴孔间隙配合结构装配过程中轴线大概率会有不同程度相对偏斜等

分析推理，提出“偏斜论”深化认识。基于该深化认识，提出基于“局部接触零时前力与间隙的加载数据、压环压缩特性数据”的预紧力判

读算法，以及衍生的查表法。最后，给出了该预紧力判读算法的应用实例，得出其提高了判读精度、有利于装配预紧状态精细掌控的结

论。

Abstract:Thispaperintroducesaflexibleauxiliarysupporting’sstructureschemes,andintroducesitsassemblytechnical

requirementsbasedonthepreload’schangeandrecognitionmethod.Theassemblyprocessdataisusedtoillustratethe

specialcircumstancethatthetwosurfacesofmainconnectionarealwaysdifficulttocloseintheassemblyloadingprocess.

Basedontheanalysisandreasoningoftheaxial-holeclearanceandstructuralassemblyprocess,theaxiswillhave

differentdegreesofrelativedeviation,andthispaperproposesthedeviationtheorytodeepentheunderstanding,and

presentsapreloadrecognitionmethodbythezerotime’sloadanddistancedataandthepressring’scharacteristicdata.A

derivedtablelookupmethodisproposed.Finally,anapplicationexampleofthepreloadinterpretationalgorithmisgiven,

anditisconcludedthatitimprovestheinterpretationaccuracyandisconducivetothefinecontroloftheassembly

preloadstate.
