BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性BrP-LPAsodium是⼀种溶⾎磷脂酸(LPA)的泛拮抗剂，其对LPA1(IC50=4520nM)、LPA2(IC50=468

nM)、LPA3和LPA4均有拮抗活性。BrP-LPAsodium具有LPA5部分激动活性，其EC50为1282nM。BrP-

LPAsodium具有ATX抑制活性。BrP-LPAsodium有效抑制乳腺癌细胞迁移与侵袭。BrP-LPAsodium在⼩⿏

乳腺癌异种移植模型实现肿瘤消退和抗⾎管⽣成。BrP-LPAsodium可⽤于研究乳腺癌。
