血液灌流器产品的审评关注点分析

[摘要]血液灌流器产品因其对人体内某些物质具有良好的吸附特性，被广泛应用于血液净化领域。通过梳理灌流器原理、

结构等特性，检索目前已上市的血液灌流产品批准情况，阐述血液灌流器产品当前主要应用领域、应用场景和研究前沿。

结合当前该类产品申报现状及产品特点，对产品审评主要关注点进行分析，包括产品化学物质残留及其风险评价方法和性

能验证等，以期为相关血液灌流器研制机构进行产品的开发以及为监管机构对产品的监管提供参考。

[Abstract]Hemoperfusiondeviceiswidelyusedinthefieldofbloodpurificationbecauseofitsgoodadsorptionpropertiesto

somesubstancesinthebody.Bycombingtheprinciple,structureandothercharacteristicsofthehemoperfusiondevice,searching

theapprovalstatusofthecurrentlylistedproducts,thispapersummarizedthemainapplicationfields,applicationscenariosand

researchfrontiersofthehemopoeiaproduct,combinedwiththecurrentstatusoftheproductdeclarationandproductcharacteristics,

anddiscussedthemainconcernsofproductreview,suchasproductchemicalresidueanditsriskassessmentmethods,performance

verification,etc.Inordertoprovidereferencefortheproductdevelopmentofrelevantproductdevelopmentinstitutionsandthe

supervisionofregulatoryagencies.
