油膜轴承锁紧装置螺纹公差带六西格玛分析

摘要：

油膜轴承锁紧结构其功能是将油膜轴承固定在支承辊上，实现油膜轴承的轴向定位。油膜轴承锁紧结构在工作过

程中会承受来自轧制过程中产生的轴向载荷。针对有些用户锁紧结构使用过程中螺纹连接失效现象，利用六西格玛仿真分

析技术，对油膜轴承锁紧结构的螺纹公差带进行分析，得到油膜轴承锁紧结构各参数的响应曲面，在此基础上，对油膜轴承

锁紧结构进行六西格玛分析，确保油膜轴承锁紧结构螺纹公差带的设计满足六西格玛要求，提升油膜轴承锁紧结构螺纹设

计的可靠性。

Abstract:Thefunctionoftheoilfilmbearinglockingstructureistofixtheoilfilmbearingonthesupportingroller,which

realizetheaxialpositioningoftheoilfilmbearing.Theoilfilmbearinglockingstructureissubjectetoaxialloafromthe

rollingprocessduringworking.Inviewofthefailureofthethreadeconnectionintheprocessofusingthelockingstructure

ofsomeusers,weanalyzethethreatolerancezoneofthelockingstructureoftheoilfilmbearingbyusingthesixsigma

simulationanalysistechnologytoobtaintheresponsesurfaceofeachparameterofthelockingstructureoftheoilfilm

bearing.Onthisbasis,thesixsigmaanalysisofthelockingstructureoftheoilfilmbearingiscarrieouttoensurethatthe

designofthethreatolerancezoneofthelockingstructureoftheoilfilmbearingmeettherequirementsofsixsigmaan

improvethereliabilityofthethreadesignofthelockingstructureoftheoilfilmbearing.
