摘要：新能源汽车作为马来西亚实现2050年近零排放愿景的重要工具，在马来西亚得到大力推动和发展。目前，马来西亚

政府正积极规划并推进新能源汽车行业建设。本文深入分析马来西亚新能源汽车的技术性贸易措施，包括发展现状、战略

规划、监管机构、技术法规和合格评定等方面，了解马来西亚新能源汽车的发展前景和市场趋势以及监管的未来走向，科学

研判新能源汽车进入该市场的技术性贸易措施风险，为深圳市新能源汽车出口应对技术性贸易措施风险提出建议和指引。

Abstract:NewenergyvehiclesarebeingpromotedanddevelopedinMalaysiaasanimportanttooltoachieve

Malaysia’svisionofnear-zeroemissionsby2050.Currently,theMalaysiangovernmentisactivelyplanningand

promotingtheconstructionofanewenergyvehicleindustry.Thispaperanalyzesin-depththetechnicaltrademeasures

ofMalaysia’snewenergyvehicles,includingdevelopmentstatus,strategicplanning,regulatoryagencies,technical

regulationsandconformityassessment,toclearlyunderstandthedevelopmentprospectsandmarkettrendsaswellas

thefuturedirectionofregulationofnewenergyvehiclesinMalaysia,toscientificallystudytheriskoftechnicaltrade

measuresfornewenergyvehicles’entryintothemarket,andprovidesuggestionsandguidelinesforShenzhen’snew

energyvehicleexportstocopewiththeriskoftechnicaltrademeasures.
