中国核桃生产和贸易现状分析*

摘要以官方发布数据为支撑，通过对比分析2012—2022年中国与其他核桃主产国在生产和贸易方

面的状况，以及我国核桃主产区生产情况，运用SWOT方法分析我国核桃产业发展现状，以期为我国核桃

产业的健康、高质量发展提供意见和建议。结果表明：中国核桃收获面积和产量均居世界第1位，整体呈

上升趋势，单位面积产量高于世界平均水平；进口量呈下降趋势，2019年出口量急增并保持在世界前3位，

但出口量占当年产量的比率不到10%，出口平均价格低于世界平均水平。我国核桃主产区中云南省和新疆

维吾尔自治区核桃产量连年增长，远高于其他主产区，甘肃省年均增长率最大，湖北省呈负增长。国家大

力支持包含核桃在内的木本油料产业发展，但与核桃生产强国美国相比，中国核桃在单产、出口额及机械

化管理方面均有不小差距。
