数字经济背景下农村电商发展问题的

法律对策研究

摘要

在数字经济来临的时代背景之下，大数据、人工智能等科技手段的运用极大促进了农村电子商务的发展。

农村电商市场繁荣发展的今天，仍存在着一些法律问题亟需解决。问题主要集中表现为：农村电商市场

准入规则不完善、电商经营主体法律维权意识淡薄、监督主体监督不力。对此，本文提出健全农村电商

配套法律规范、提升电商经营主体法律意识、构建数字化监管及维权平台等措施来解决农村电商发展过

程中存在的法律问题，扫除农村电子商务发展过程中存在的障碍，力求农村电商能够搭乘“数字经济”

的时代快车，奔向新的辉煌。
