【摘要】为了加快推动建筑行业转型升级，随着信息通信技术的快速发展，行业内合理应用智能建筑技术尤为重要。文章研

究了建筑工程中智能建筑技术的应用路径，在掌握智能建筑技术内涵的基础上，强调了BIM技术、IoT技术、3DP技术、

人工智能技术的应用措施，有助于转变传统建筑工程施工模式，提升现场精细化管理成效，助力行业走向节能化、智能化

发展方向。

ofbuildingengineering,improvetheeffectofon-sitefinemanagement,andhelptheindustrytomovetowardsthedirectionof

energysavingandintelligentdevelopment.
