生成式AI在建筑设计中的应用与伦理分析

摘要随着人工智能技术（AI）的快速发展，生成式AI对建筑设计的影响也逐渐增大，在学术界和工程界都

已成为热门话题。本文从文献综述的角度，选取2022—2025年82篇建筑设计与AI交叉领域相关文献进行研

究，对生成式AI应用于建筑设计全流程的应用场景、技术演进过程展开梳理分析。研究显示，当前AI通过重

构概念生成机制、优化方案迭代路径、革新可视化呈现方式，大幅提升了设计速度、创新程度和表现能力。未

来的生成式AI建筑设计要在重视技术赋能的同时顾及人文关怀，构建AI与人协调合作共存的新方式，制定关

于AI伦理的行业监管办法，让生成式AI真正服务于建筑设计行业。

Abstract:Withtherapidadvancementofartificialintelligence(AI)technology,generativeArtificialIntelligence(GenAI)

hasincreasinglyinfluencedthearchitecturaldesign,becomingahottopicinbothacademicandengineeringcircles.This

paperconductsaliteraturereviewbyanalyzing82interdisciplinarystudiesonarchitecturaldesignandAIfrom2022

to2025,systematicallyexaminingapplicationscenariosandtechnologicalevolutionofgenerativeAIappliedinthe

wholeprocessofthearchitecturaldesign.TheresearchrevealsthatcurrentAIhassignificantlyenhanceddesignspeed,

innovationlevel,andexpressivecapabilitiesbyrestructuringconceptgenerationmechanisms,optimizingsolution

iterationpathways,andinnovatingvisualizationpresentationmethods.FuturegenerativeAI-drivenarchitecturaldesign

shouldbalancetechnologicalempowermentwithhumanisticconsiderations,establishingcollaborativeAI-human

coexistencemodelswhileformulatingindustrysupervisionmeasuresonAIethics,soastoensuregenerativeAItruly

servesthearchitecturaldesignsector.
