BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性M-1111是⼀种Rapa-Link抑制剂。M-1111由Rapamycin(HY-10219)和活性位点mTOR抑制剂共价连接⽽

成。M-1111对mTORC1信号通路(pS6和p4E-BP1)具有强抑制活性。M-1111对多种癌细胞具有纳摩尔级别

的抑制活性。M-1111完全抑制p4E-BP1，不抑制pAktS473。M-1111可⽤于研究肝癌、肾癌、结直肠癌。
