BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性LT-104A是⼀种有效的PDE4抑制剂，可提⾼细胞内cAMP⽔平（EC50=1.9μM），并抑制PDE4D3活性(

IC50=9.3μM)。LT-104A能激活cAMP-PKA-CREB抗炎通路并抑制NF-κB相关基因表达(Il1bandNos2)，
