BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性LT-626是⼀种强效的PARP抑制剂，IC50值为1.60nM。LT-626可抑制细胞内PAR的合成，IC50值为17.9

nM，并且在携带MRE11突变的结直肠癌细胞中显⽰出增强的细胞毒性。LT-626与Cisplatin(HY-17394)、

Oxaliplatin(HY-17371)和SN-38(HY-13704)在结直肠癌细胞中表现出协同作⽤。LT-626可⽤于结直肠癌的研

究[1]。
