广州市医疗机构就医信用无感支付SWOT分析

【摘要】

为优化提升医保公共服务能力，解决群众就医“三长一短”（候诊、缴费、取药排队时间长，看病时间短）问题，广

州市医疗机构响应政府号召，推广“就医信用无感支付”签约服务。作者运用SWOT分析法对信用就医无感支付的自身优势、劣

势以及所面临的机会与威胁进行列举，综合分析发现信用就医无感支付存在资金管理、退款等方面的安全风险，同时提出搭建信

用就医无感支付平台系统、优化信用就医无感支付信息化新模式等策略，为推动医疗机构医疗服务数字化转型提供参考，对提升

医疗服务效率、改善患者就医体验有积极意义。

Toenhancethepublicservicecapacityofmedicalinsuranceandresolvetheissueof“threelongwaitsandoneshort

consultation”(longqueuesforregistration,payment,andmedication,butshortconsultationtime),medicalinstitutionsinGuangzhouhave

activelypromotedthecredit-basedseamlesspaymentserviceinresponsetogovernmentinitiatives.ThisstudyusesSWOTanalysisto

identifythestrengths,weaknesses,opportunities,andthreatsofthecredit-basedseamlesspaymentmodel.Itfindsthatwhilethismodel

offersconvenience,italsopresentssafetyrisksrelatedtofundmanagementandrefunds.Theauthorsproposebuildingasystematicplatform

forcredit-basedseamlesspaymentandoptimizingitsinformatizationmodeltosupportthedigitaltransformationofmedicalservices.These

strategiesareofpracticalsignificanceforimprovingserviceefficiencyandenhancingthepatientexperience.
