BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性NDM-1-IN-11是⼀种强效的NDM-1共价抑制剂，IC50值为1.12μM，其作⽤机制是通过与酶形成Se-S键。

NDM-1-IN-11与Meropenem(HY-13678)联⽤在体内和体外模型中均能有效抑制产NDM-1⼤肠杆菌的⽣长。
