2014—2023年北京地区健康体检与管理机构变化

【摘要】目的：【摘要】目的：分析2014—2023年期间北京市健康体检与管理机构的发展趋势，为本地区健康体

检与管理机构设置提供依据。方法：方法：本研究收集了北京市所辖范围内的所有健康体检与管理机构

(排除中央直属及军队所属医疗机构)2014—2023年共10年间历年基础数据，包括机构所辖区县、类

别(医院所属、门诊部/所、妇幼保健院、社区卫生服务中心和其他)、经营性质(营利和非营利)和

年度体检人次数等信息。分析内容包括历年体检机构数量(总数量和每10万人口的机构数量)和体检

人次数(总数量和每机构体检人次数)的变化，并按所辖县区、类别和经营性质进行了分类。结果：结果：

2014—2023年期间，北京市的健康体检与管理机构数量实现了显著增长，从208家增加至292家，增

幅达到40.4%，平均年增长率为3.5%。同期，接受健康体检与管理的人群也显著上升，从378.6万人

次增至647.7万人次，增长率为71.1%，平均年增长率为5.5%。至2023年，全市平均每家体检机构的

年体检人数为2.2万人，而每10万常住人口对应的健康体检与管理机构数量为1.34家。结论：结论：北京市

10年来体检机构和服务人数发展迅速，但是还存在各区在健康体检与管理服务的发展上存在不均衡

现象，需及时调整。
