“专创融合”培养模式下护理本科生核心能力

及其影响因素分析

[摘要]目的探讨“专创融合”培养模式下护理本科生核心能力及其影响因素。方法选取2020年9月至

2021年1月广东医科大学护理学院的2019级护理专业本科生407人为研究对象，按照班级随机分为专创融

合组（n=135）和对照组（n=272），专创融合组实施“专创融合”培养模式，对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两

组护理本科生核心能力，并分析“专创融合”模式下护理本科生核心能力的影响因素。结果专创融合组核心

能力各维度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。从单因素分析结果可知，不同实习单位、实习

适应能力、是否考虑转行的护理本科生核心能力评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。其余项目差异均

无统计学意义（P0.05）。多元线性回归分析结果显示，实习单位、实习适应能力、是否考虑转行是护理本科

生核心能力的独立影响因素（P0.05）。结论“专创融合”培养模式可提高护理本科生的核心能力，值得推广

应用。
