2020年—2023年我院铂类药物不良反应分析

摘要：目的研究分析2020年—2023年本院铂类药物不良反应发生情况。方法选择2020年1月—2023

年5月在本院治疗的恶性肿瘤患者135例，所有患者均应用铂类药物治疗，总结分析患者不良反应发生情况及

治疗结果。结果135例患者中，不良反应主要为骨髓抑制，占有比率为65.19%（88/135），其次为呕吐、恶心

等。135例患者中，痊愈4例，占有比率为2.96%；好转76例，占有比率为56.30%；未好转17例，占有比率为

12.59%；不详38例，占有比率为28.15%。本院铂类药物不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、呕吐、恶心等，对患

者疗效有着一定的影响，应全程监控铂类药物应用情况，提出合理建议，从而取得良好的临床效果。

28.15%.ConclusionMainadversereactionsofplatinumdrugsinourhospitalincludebonemarrow

suppression,vomiting,nausea,etc.,whichhavesomecertaineffectoncurativeeffectofpatients.

Itisnecessarytomonitorplatinumdrugsusethroughouttheprocess,andputforwardreasonable

suggestionstoachievegoodclinicaleffect.
