摘要：目的方法

2021年5月本院纳入的136例糖尿病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为参照组及实验组，每组68例。参

照组进行传统护理，实验组在传统护理基础上引入协同护理服务理念，观察比较两组患者健康生活方式、血糖

水平、心理状态的变化。结果引入协同护理服务理念干预后，实验组健康生活方式各维度评分显著高于参照

组(P0.05)；实验组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标均明显低于参照组(P0.05)；实验组焦虑及抑

郁评分明显低于参照组(P0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病患者护理工作中引入协同护理服务理念干预后，能促使

患者养成健康生活方式，改善患者心理状况及血糖控制效果。
