【摘要】

2023年1月，国家卫生健康委等6部门联合推动科学合理网格化布局紧密型城市医疗集团试点。通过区域性临床重点专

科建设，提高紧密型城市医疗集团整体的医疗水平和服务质量，提升核心竞争力；紧密型城市医疗集团建设，又为区域性临床重

点专科建设提供系统支持和综合保障。作者对区域性临床重点专科建设与紧密型城市医疗集团建设做出理论阐释，并以问题为导

向，探讨二者协调发展的动态路径，对推动医疗服务供给侧结构性改革、促进科学有序就医格局和系统连续诊疗格局的形成，巩

固分级诊疗制度建设成效具有较好的理论意义和实践价值。

InJanuary2023,theNationalHealthCommissionandsixotherdepartmentsjointlypromotedthepilotprojectofascientific

andreasonablegrid-basedandtightlydistributedurbanmedicalgroup.Byconstructingregionalkeyclinicalspecialties,weaimtoimprove

theoverallmedicallevelandservicequalityofthecompacturbanmedicalgroupandenhanceitscorecompetitiveness.Theconstruction

ofacompacturbanmedicalgroupalsoprovidessystematicsupportandcomprehensiveguaranteesfortheconstructionofregionalclinical
