更换夹板

一、准备工作

1.工具：轨距尺、起拨道器、活口扳手、拐子、撬棍（木枕）、道钉

锤（木枕）、捣镐；同型夹板、螺栓、长效油脂；防护备品等。

2.向裁判汇报检查结果，口述防护已设好，请求上道作业，裁判开始

计时。

二、作业

1.根据作业轨况，检查两端轨缝，必要时锁定两端线路，防止拆

开接头后，轨缝变化影响连接。

2.起钉、卸螺栓：木枕线路将接头两侧道钉全部起掉，并及时木

片；混凝土枕线路卸掉接头两侧轨枕扣件。

3.将接头螺栓按照2、5、1、3、4、6顺序卸掉。

4.拆下旧夹板，检查轨腹、轨端及螺栓孔有无伤损。用小铲和钢丝刷

将新夹板上下缘、钢轨头部及螺栓除锈、涂油，扣新夹板。

5.将夹板串号对齐，穿入螺栓。直线上先1、6位，再上2、5位，最

后上3、4位螺栓；曲线上先上1、6位，再上3、4位，最后再上2、

5位。

6.上好轨枕扣件或钉齐接头道钉。捣固，消灭接头空吊板。质量回检。

7.检查完毕，向裁判汇报作业完毕，防护已撤除，裁判停止计时。

三、作业质量

1.夹板与钢轨类型一致，连接紧密，作用良好。

2.轨面及内侧错牙，正线及到发线大于1mm，其他战线大于

2mm。

3.作业后，轨距±2mm，轨距变化率正线及到发线不大于1‰，其他

战线不大于2‰。

4.螺栓扭力矩﹕冬季P43、P50轨普通螺栓400N•m，P60轨500N•m；

Ⅰ级螺栓P43、P50轨600N•m，P60轨达到700N•m。采用施必牢螺栓

扭力矩达到900～1100N•m。

四、考核总时限

1、准备时间：5min

2、正式操作时间：20min数量1处

3、计时从上道开始，交表时作业完毕。

4、规定时间内全部完成，不加分。但每超时1min，从总分扣1分，

总超时5min停止作业。
