关于建筑企业构建高效信息化系统的理论与实践分析

摘 要：随着信息技术的飞速发展，建筑企业面临着日益复杂的市场环境和项目管理挑战。为了提升管理效率，增

强竞争力，构建高效信息化系统已成为建筑企业的必然选择。文章首先阐述了建筑企业高效信息化系统的构建框架，包

括系统总体架构设计、核心业务系统构建以及辅助支持系统构建。接着，文章分析了信息化系统实施的关键技术与策略，

涉及关键技术选型、系统实施步骤以及系统运维与持续优化等方面。通过理论与实践的结合，为建筑企业信息化系统的

构建与实施提供了全面指导。

Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,constructionenterprisesarefacingincreasinglycomplex

marketenvironmentsandprojectmanagementchallenges.Toenhancemanagementefficiencyandcompetitiveness,building

anefficientinformationsystemhasbecomeaninevitablechoiceforconstructionenterprises.Thepaperfirstelaborateson

theframeworkforconstructinganefficientinformationsysteminconstructionenterprises,includingtheoverallsystem

architecturedesign,theconstructionofcorebusinesssystems,andthedevelopmentofauxiliarysupportsystems.Subsequently,

thepaperanalyzesthekeytechnologiesandstrategiesforimplementinginformationsystems,coveringtechnologyselection,

systemimplementationsteps,systemoperationandmaintenanceandcontinuousoptimization.Byintegratingtheorywith

practice,thepaperprovidescomprehensiveguidancefortheconstructionandimplementationofinformationsystemsin

constructionenterprises.
