BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Rimiterol是⼀种选择性的β2型肾上腺素能受体(β2-adrenergicreceptor)激动剂。Rimiterol能激活腺苷酸

环化酶，并提⾼细胞内环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的⽔平，从⽽导致平滑肌松弛。Rimiterol有望⽤于哮喘的研究。
