摘要

进进21世纪，世界经济正在步进一种新的经济形态——知识经济时代。知识经济是以知识资源为根底的一种经济形态，是工业经济的进一步开展与深化，是以人的制造性知识作为最重要的生产要素的。知识经济是创新经济，在知识经济时代，创新将是企业之间进行竞争的利剑，知识创新、科学创新、治理创新是知识经济时代的重要特征。

以全球经济一体化和网络通讯等高新技术开展为根底的知识经济时代，对传统财务治理理念和治理方式形成了巨大的冲击，因此需要加以创新和改革。知识经济是一种知识型和聪慧型的新型经济形态，强调了人的主瞧能动性和制造性，财务治理为习惯新经济要求，就得在财务治理瞧念、财务治理目标、内容以及财务人员素养要求等方面进行创新。

Abstract

Inthe21stcentury,theworldeconomyismovingintoaneweconomicform,knowledgeeconomyera.Knowledgeeconomyisbasedonknowledgeresources,akindofeconomicformisthefurtherdevelopmentofindustrialeconomyandthedeepening,isthecreativeknowledgeasthemostimportantfactorofproduction.Knowledgeeconomyistheinnovationeconomy,intheknowledgeeconomyera,innovationwillbetheswordcompetitionbetweenenterprises,knowledgeinnovation,scientificinnovation,managementinnovationisanimportantcharacteristicoftheknowledgeeconomyera.Astheglobaleconomicintegrationandnetworkcommunication,andhighandnewtechnologydevelopmentonthebasisoftheknowledgeeconomyera,thetraditionalfinancialmanagementconceptandmanagementmodetoformthehugeimpact,thereforeneedstobeinnovationandreform.Knowledgeeconomyisanewtypeofeconomicforminaknowledge-basedandintelligent,emphasizethepersonssubjectiveinitiativeandcreativity,financialmanagementtoadapttoneweconomicdemands,havetobeintheconceptoffinancialmanagement,financialmanagementobjectives,contentandqualityoffinancialpersonnelrequirementsaspectsofinnovation.
