工民建施工中的墙体裂缝预防策略分析

摘要：在工民建筑物构造中，墙体功能的多元化及其质量状况日益成为大众关注的要点。文章分析了工民建施工中墙

体裂缝的预防策略，首先概述了墙体裂缝问题，接着探讨了设计缺陷、地基沉降、环境温度变化及材料质量不佳等诱因，最

后提出了施工前制定科学方案、加强地基沉降控制、优化墙体温度管理、提升施工材料质量等优化措施，以期提高工民建施

工质量和安全性。

Abstract：Intheconstructionofindustrialandcivilbuildings，thediversificationofwallfunctionsandtheirqualitystatushave

becomeincreasinglyimportantpointsofpublicconcern.Thearticleanalyzesthepreventionstrategiesforwallcracksinindustrial

andcivilconstruction.Firstly，itoutlinestheproblemofwallcracks，thenexploresthecausesofdesigndefects，foundation

settlement，environmentaltemperaturechanges，andpoormaterialquality.Finally，itproposesoptimizationmeasuressuchas

developingscientificplansbeforeconstruction，strengtheningfoundationsettlementcontrol，optimizingwalltemperature

management，andimprovingconstructionmaterialquality，inordertoimprovethequalityandsafetyofindustrialandcivil

construction.
