BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性TeprenoneImpurity5(5Z-GGA)是Teprenone(HY-B0779)的顺式异构体。TeprenoneImpurity5对⼈卵巢癌

细胞Caov-3的增殖具有抑制活性，并能阻断癌细胞的侵袭过程。TeprenoneImpurity5可诱导热休克蛋⽩70

(HSP70)和硫氧还蛋⽩(Trx)的表达。TeprenoneImpurity5可⽤于卵巢癌的研究[1]。
