内容摘要：本文介绍了生产流水线产品产量统计显示系统的基本原理以及芯片功能和

结构组成，主要以仿真为例来说明，运用Multisim软件，高效、直观、清楚的分析电

子电路设计。计数器可以对某些事物进行自动计数，被广泛的应用在生活实际中，它对

通过的物体进行计数，能够实现数据统计的搜集，譬如在生产流水线产品产量等领域的

应用，能有效的节省劳动力高质量地完成任务。在本设计中为实现光电计数器的功能，

采用模数相结合的电路。电路主要是由信号采集电路、两位十进制计数电路、数码显示

电路，报警电路四个模块来构成的，四个模块的作用是实现对通过光电门的物体感应，

计数，显示，并按预设要求完成报警。此光电计数的范围为一百，可以预设计数数目，

当计数达到设定后，停止计数并报警，可手动清除报警；还可以计数达一百时，闪灯报

警两秒。

Abstract:Thisarticledescribestheproductionlineproductyieldstatisticsshowthat

thebasicprinciplesofthesystemandchipfunctionsandstructures,mainlyinthe

simulationasanexampletoillustratetheuseofMultisimsoftware,efficient,intuitive,

clearanalysiselectroniccircuitdesign.Thecountercancountoncertainthings

automatically,iswidelyusedinreallife,thecountofobjectsthroughit,enabling

thecollectionofstatisticaldata,suchasproductionlines,productyieldinotherfields

ofapplication,whichcaneffectivelysavelaborqualitycompletionoftasks.Inthisdesign,

fortheachievementofopticalcounterfunction,usingacombinationofthecircuitmodule.

Circuitmainlybythesignalacquisitioncircuit,twodecimalcountingcircuit,adigital

displaycircuit,thealarmcircuitconsistingoffourmodules,fourmodulesoftherole

istoachievetheobjectsthroughopticalgateinduction,counting,displayandpressthe

presetrequiredtocompletethepolice.Thisrangeofonehundredphotoelectriccounting,

canpresetnumberofcounts,whenthecountreachestheset,stopcountingandalarm,

youcanmanuallyclearthealarm;alsocountuptoonehundred,theflashingalarmtwo

seconds.
