摘要

塑料是一种新型工程材料，发展速度迅猛，塑料的加工和成型工艺也越来越

得到重视，生活用品的塑料模具占了很大比例，在市场竞争白热化的今天，电器

外壳设计成为产品质量的重要一环，最为突出和典型的就是手机，手机外壳塑料

模具成为目前模具制造行业最为复杂的模具之一，是手机结构件制造的难点。因

此，研究手机外壳模具的设计制造，具有较高的生产实用价值。手机外壳外观要

求很高，而且整机体积小、结构复杂，因而对成型模具和成型工艺的要求极高。

手机外壳注射模设计制造的最大难点在于浇注系统、脱模机构。本课题来源于企

业的生产实际，以大量的手机外壳注射模具设计制造为基础，总结工厂的生产工

程实践成果。如何提高模具质量，保证塑料产品的成型要求，在文中也作了叙述，

并列出了实际生产中塑件可能出现缺陷的原因以及解决方法。其中，尺寸、数据

和机械结构均来自工厂的实际图纸。
