课程目标

本课程旨在让学生有机会使用他们所知道的与公司“”政策相关的任何商业词汇。学生有

机会在课堂练习和角色扮演中讨论和使用这些语言。

课堂活动

I.热身(15分钟)

可以要求学生两人一组完成介绍手册中的内容。他们应该回答问题，可以让每组向全班报告他们的部分。

活动1：情境表

应将情境表发给学生，并要求他们在课堂上大声朗读。还可以请学生就损坏或有商品的退款问题自己的看法。

II.主要活动（40分钟）

活动2：

色扮

角e部分如给定演应将角色扮演表发给小组，并分配角色。学生应该进行角色扮演。
