AbstractObjective:Toevaluatetheefficacyandsafetyofnon‐pharmacologicalinterventionforpostoperativepaininparturients

undergoingcesareansectionthroughMeta‐analysis.Methods:PubMed,WebofScience,EMbase,theCochraneLibrary,CNKI,WanFang

Database,VIPandCBMwereretrievedbycomputer.ThesearchperiodwasfromtheestablishmentofthedatabasetoJune2023.The

literaturewasindependentlyscreened,datawereextractedandtheriskofbiasoftheincludedliteraturewasevaluatedbytworesearchers.

ReviewManager5.4andStata16.0softwarewereusedforMeta‐analysis.Results:Atotalof6articleswereincluded.Theresultsofthe

Meta‐analysisshowedthatinterventionmeasuressuchasmusictherapy,heatapplicationwithfour‐pieceheatpackscombinedwithwrist

andankleacupuncturenursing,progressivemusclerelaxationtraining+aromatherapy+pranayamatherapy,handandfootmassage,wrist

andankleacupuncture,andacupointpressingwereallsuperiortoconventionalcareinalleviatingpostoperativepain.Theheatapplication

withfour‐pieceheatpackscombinedwithwristandankleacupuncturenursing,progressivemusclerelaxationtraining+aromatherapy+

pranayanatherapy,aswellaswristandankle
