摘要：兽药多用于畜禽和水产养殖，主要发挥预防治疗动物疾病、促进动物生长等作用。然而，动物性食

品中兽药残留会对人体健康构成极大的威胁，对食品兽药残留进行准确检测，切实保障食品安全至关重要。文章

介绍了兽药残留的危害性及常见检测方法，从建立标准化检测体系、使用先进检测仪器技术、实施严格质控步骤、

运用大数据和人工智能技术等方面入手，提出几点有效控制兽药残留检测准确度的措施，以供参考。

Abstract:Veterinarydrugsarewidelyusedinlivestockandpoultryfarmingandaquaculture,mainlytopreventand

treatanimaldiseasesandpromoteanimalgrowth.However,theresiduesofveterinarydrugsinanimal-derivedfoodsposea

significantthreattohumanhealth.Accuratedetectionofveterinarydrugresiduesinfoodiscrucialforensuringfoodsafety.

Thisarticleintroducesthehazardsofveterinarydrugresiduesandcommondetectionmethods.Itproposesseveraleffective

measurestocontroltheaccuracyofveterinarydrugresiduedetectionfromtheaspectsofestablishingastandardizeddetection

system,usingadvanceddetectioninstrumenttechnology,implementingstrictqualitycontrolsteps,andapplyingbigdataand

artificialintelligencetechnologies,forreference.
