目的：觀察赛霉安散结合自制王氏清凉膏药捻纱条促进高位单纯性肛瘘术

后创面愈合的疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的200例住院患者，随机分为治疗组

和对照组，每组100例。治疗组术后予赛霉安散结合自制王氏清凉膏药捻纱条换

药，对照组术后予凡士林纱条换药，以创面疼痛程度、创面分泌物、创缘水肿程

度、创面愈合率、创面愈合时间为观察指标，进行统计分析。结果：治疗组术后

第3、7、14、21天创面疼痛程度、创面分泌物、创缘水肿程度评分均明显低于

对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后第14、28天创面愈合率明显高于

对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后创面愈合平均时间明显短于对照组，

差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：赛霉安散结合自制王氏清凉膏药捻纱条用

于高位单纯性肛瘘患者术后换药，可有效减轻术后伤口疼痛、创缘水肿，减少创

面分泌物，促进创面愈合，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective：Toobservethecurativeeffectofthecombinationof

SaimeianPowdercombinedwithhomemadeWang’sCoolPlasterTwistedGauzeon

thewoundhealingafterhighsimpleanalfistula.Method：200hospitalizedpatients

whoconformedtheinclusioncriteriawererandomlyassignedtothetreatmentgroup

andthecontrolgroup，100casesineachgroup.Thetreatmentgroupwastreatedwith

SaimeianPowdercombinedwithhomemadeWang’sCoolPlasterTwistedGauze，the

controlgroupwastreatedwithVaselineGauze.Selectedthelevelofwoundhealing，

woundsecretions，thedegreeofedemaofthewoundedge，woundhealingrate，wound

healingtimefortheobservationofindicatorsastheindexestocountand

analyze.Result：Thescoresofwoundpain，woundsecretionsandinvasiveedemaof

thetreatmentgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroupatthe
