Thisstandardisissuedunderthe?xeddesignationE976;thenumberimmediatelyfollowingthedesignationindicatestheyearof

superscriptepsilon(e)indicatesaneditorialchangesincethelastrevisionorreapproval.

1.Scope

responsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappro-

priatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplica-

bilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

proceduresrequireaminimumofspecialequipment.
