摘要Abstract

目的探讨目标管理联合多学科合作的加速术后康复管理模式在剖宫产围术期的应用效果。方法选取2022年

8月至2023年8月某三级甲等医院产科病房收治的择期剖宫产孕妇为研究对象，分为对照组(2022年8月至2023

年1月，387例)和干预组(2023年3月至8月，393例)。对照组行常规护理，干预组实施目标管理联合多学科

合作的加速术后康复管理模式。比较两组术后疼痛、术前术后口渴饥饿、术后恶心呕吐、焦虑及住院时间。结果

干预组术后疼痛评分和焦虑情况显著低于对照组，围手术期舒适度显著提高。结论目标管理联合多学科合作的加

速术后康复管理模式有效缓解术后疼痛，提高围手术期舒适度，提升剖宫产围手术期护理质量。

ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectsofanacceleratedpostoperativerecoverymanagementmodel,whichcombines

goalmanagementwithmultidisciplinarycollaboration,duringtheperioperativeperiodofcesareansection.MethodsPregnant

womenscheduledforelectivecesareansectionadmittedtotheobstetricwardofatertiaryhospitalfromAugust2022to

August2023wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theyweredividedintoacontrolgroup(August2022toJanuary2023,387

cases)andaninterventiongroup(MarchtoAugust2023,393cases).Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingcare,while

theinterventiongroupwasmanagedusingtheacceleratedpostoperativerecoverymodelthatintegratedgoalmanagementwith
