AbstractObjective:ToevaluatetheinfluencingfactorsofpregnancyoutcomesinpatientsafteruterinefibroidsurgeryinChinaby

usingMeta‐analysis.Methods:Computerizedsearcheswereconductedforstudiesontheinfluencingfactorsofpregnancyoutcomesin

postoperativepatientswithuterinefibroidsinCNKI,WanFangData,VIP,PubMed,WebofScience,CochraneLibrary,andEMbase,all

withasearchtimeframeoftheestablishmentofthedatabasetoApril2025.Literaturewasscreened,dataextractedandqualityevaluated

independentlybytworesearchers.Meta‐analysisoftheincludedstudieswasperformedusingRevMan5.4software.Results:Atotalof18

articleswereincluded,involving2867patients.Meta‐analysisresultsshowedthatthenumberofuterineincisions(RR=0.33,95%CI0.26‐

0.42,P0.00001),olderage(RR=0.39,95%CI0.35‐0.43,P0.00001),preoperativepregnancy(RR=0.39,95%CI0.25‐0.61,P

0.0001),combinedinfertility(RR=0.44,95%CI0.31‐0.61,P0.00001),pelvicadhesions(RR=0.53,95%CI0.37‐0.76,P=0.0005),
