AbstractObjective:Toexplorethelatentclassificationcharacteristicsandtheirinfluencingfactorsofvicarioustraumaamongpediatric

criticalcarenurses.Methods:Usingaconveniencesamplingmethod,atotalof319pediatriccriticalcarenursesfrom12hospitalsin

ShanxiprovincewereselectedfromJulytoAugust2024.GeneralInformationQuestionnaire,VicariousTraumaScaleforMedicalStaff,

RegulatoryEmotionalSelf‐EfficacyScale,andSimplifiedChineseVersionofEventRelatedRuminationInventorywereusedforthe

survey.Thecategoriesofpediatriccriticalcarenursesvicarioustraumawereinitiallyexploredbasedonthelatentprofiles,andthe

influencingfactorsofthelatentprofileswereanalyzedusingunorderedmultinomiallogisticregression.Results:ThescoreofVicarious

TraumaScaleforMedicalStaffwas81.60±22.55.Vicarioustraumawasdividedintofourlatentprofiles:mildtraumaresponsegroup,

emotionallydominantresponsegroup,significantnegativetraumagroup,andbalancedtraumaresponsegroup.Theregressionanalysis

resultsshowedthatage,educationlevel,yearsofworkingexperience,reproductivestatus
