嵌入式文化网络：乡村有效治理的生成逻辑

——基于J省P镇G村的个案

摘要

中国乡村的有效治理是当前乡村振兴战略实施背景下理论界和实务界都予以强烈关注的重要议题。引入

权力的文化网络理论与嵌入理论，提出“嵌入式文化网络”，基于对J省P镇G村个案研究对乡村通过行政

嵌入和内生文化相耦合实现有效治理的生成逻辑和功能机制进行诠释。研究表明：通过“文化复现–关

系重塑–组织再造”的运行逻辑，通过传统文化重塑乡村社会关联和凝聚价值目标；运用行政吸纳和文

化认同连结乡村关系网；通过组织构建建设综合平台，通过组织的形式吸纳社会与市场资源进入治理。

“嵌入式文化网络”通过“价值统合–主体凝聚–资源整合”的功能机制实现传统性与现代性、外嵌性

与内生性的互构融合，推进乡村有效治理。
