摘要

在铁路面临高速发展的今天，货运量的迅速增长，规定其运载工具——铁路货车车辆，必须保持正常的技术质量状态因此，对车辆进行及时、可靠的维修工作是非常必要的“安全第一、防止为主，以质量保安全”的车辆检修工作在铁路运送中占有非常重要的地位，它对于铁路运送工作的连续正常进行具有重大意义我国现行的铁路货车车辆检修制度，它对于保证车辆安全运营起到了一定的积极作用，但也日益暴露出许多弊端，维修局限性和过剩维修的现象大量存在，严重地影响了铁路运送的效率和效益，因此，铁路货车车辆检修制度的改革势在必行。

论文在进行广泛调研、收集大量资料，运用技术经济分析方法，分析比较了国内外铁路货车车辆检修制度的发展及现状，通过研究检修制度的相关构成因素检修原则、依据、修理方式等，从定量的角度进一步拟定了车辆的厂、段修周期制定的依据，从而逐步延长车辆检修周期，实现由计划防止修向状态修转变并从经济性的角度研究了车辆检修制度中的有关问题，重点研究了车辆的经济使用寿命问题，最后，提出了完善铁路货车车辆检修制度的设想。

本文建议我国铁路货车车辆检修制度的改革应从实际情况出发，借鉴国外先进经验，以可靠性、计划性、经济性为基本原则，逐渐向状态修转变，要“统筹规划、分步实行、积极试点”。

Abstract

Nowadaystherailwayhasahighspeeddevelopment,themushroomingpassengercapacityandcargocarryingcapacityrequirethemeansofdelivery,railwayvehicles,tokeepthestateofnaturaltechniquequality.Thereforeitsverynecessarytomaintainthevehiclesreliablyandintime.Thevehiclesmaintainthatfollowssecurityfast,givingprioritytopreventionandensuringsafetywithhighquality,holdstheveryimportantstatusintherailwaytransportation.Ithasgreatnonsignificancetothecontinuousandnaturalcirculationofrailwaytransportation.Therailwayvehiclesmaintainsystemactressisthesystemgivingprioritytoplanandpreventmaintain,whichhavedefiniteactiveeffecttoguaranteethesafecirculationofvehicles.Butontheotherhand,muchdefecthasbeenrevealedincreasingly,thereisalargenumbersofphenomenonoflackofmaintainandabundantmaintain.Theproblemhasbadlyaffectedtherunningefficiencyandbenefits,soitsimperativeunderthesituationtoreformthevehiclesmaintainsystem.
