Scope

Thisspecificationcoversnonpoweredtrailersintendedtobepulledbehindbicyclesinordertotransportoneortwochildrenwithaccessoryloadswithamaximumweightof45.4kg(100lb).Itincludestestmethodsforconfirmingthatthisspecificationissatisfied.
