（空中难度）；在动力性力量、姿态跳步和纵劈腿跳/跃类别上表现突出；通过精准执行高难度动作组合，追

求额外加分；技巧与难度动作的组合成为提升竞争力的关键，要求运动员在保证动作质量的同时，展示技

术多样性。

Abstract:Weusedliteratureresearchmethod,videoobservation,mathematicalstatistics,andcomparativeanalysis

todiscussthedifficultyselectionsofthetop3athletesinthemensindividualeventatthe18thAerobic

GymnasticsWorldChampionships2024.Thefindingsindicatethatthegymnastsdemonstratedobviousstrategic

thinkingintheselectionandchoreographyofdifficultyelements,tendingtoarrangehigh-valueelementsinthe

firsthalfoftheroutinestoensuremovementqualityandmaximizethedifficultyvalues.Thedifficultyvalues

selectedweremainlythreevalues:0.7point,0.8point,and1point.Regardingtheselectionofdifficultyelement

groups,theyfavoredGroupA(floordifficulty)andGroupB(airbornedificulty).Theyperformedoutstandinglyin

dynamicstrength,posturejumps,andverticalsplitjumps/leaps.Bypreciselyexecutinghigh-difficultyelement

combinations,theypursuedadditionalbonuspoints.Thecombinationofskllsanddifficultyelementsbecamethe

keytoenhancingcompetitiveness,requiringathletestoguaranteemovementqualitywhiledemonstratingtechnical

diversity.
