摘要目的：探讨在原发性肝癌患者介入手术联合中医治疗中应用鼓励性护理的效果。方法：将2021年6月—2023年

12月徐州市肿瘤医院收治的60例原发性肝癌患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）与观察组（30例）。对照组实施

常规护理，观察组实施鼓励性护理。对比两组护理效果。结果：护理后，两组抑郁、焦虑情绪均缓解，相较于对照组，观察

组情绪缓解更显著（P＜0.05）；两组自我照护能力及生活质量评分均升高，且观察组升高幅度大于对照组（P＜0.05）。与

对照组相比，观察组护理满意度更高（P=0.028）。结论：在原发性肝癌患者介入手术联合中医治疗中应用鼓励性护理的效

果显著，能够有效减轻患者的负面情绪，提高其自护能力、生活质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。

AbstractObjective:ToexploretheeffectofencouragingcareininterventionalsurgerycombinedwithtraditionalChinese

medicineinpatientswithprimarylivercancer.Methods:Atotalof60patientswithprimarylivercanceradmittedtoXuzhou

CancerHospitalfromJune2021toDecember2023weredividedintocontrolgroup(30cases)andobservationgroup(30cases)

accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursing,andtheobservationgroupwasgiven

encouragingnursing.Thetreatmenteffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,the

expressionofdepressionandanxietyinbothgroupswasalleviatedinbothgroups(P0.05),andthescoresofself-careabilityand

qualityoflifeinbothgroupswereincreased,andtheincreaseintheobservationgroupwasgreaterthanthatinthecontrolgroup

(P0.05).Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,theobservationgrouphadhighernursingsatisfaction(P=0.028).Conclusion:The
