摘要

针对木板码垛机结构稳定性与轻量化需求，本研究设计了一种直角坐标式主体的机械式码垛装置，通过与传送带的配合来完成机器上的码垛需求，对总体方案进行设计与计算。通过对木板码垛机工况参数、导轨以及传送带中的滚筒、传送带功率进行计算，使用SolidWorks软件内的受力分析插件对一些重要的零部件进行有限元的受力分析。
