采购中心 采购中心 设备的管理 Equipment Management 目 的 Objective 设备的良好状态有助于提高店面形象 To improve the store Image 良好的机器设备状况是提高营业额,控制损耗的重要因素 To increase the Turnover/reduce the lose 对设备好的管理有助于提高工作效率 To improve the working efficiency. 设备的分类Equipment Type 不锈钢设备：冰台、工作台、杀鱼台、水槽等 Stainless Equipment: Ice-table \ Working table \ Fish-Cutting Table \ Water Slot etc 电 器 设 备：包装机、磅秤机等 Electric Equipment: Packing Machine/Scale 大 型 设 备：制冰机 Big Equipment: Ice-Producing Machine 水族箱设备：鱼缸 Aquatic Equipment: Fish Pool 设备的定岗定位To Assign Staff 部门设备全部定岗定位,由专人负责设备的简单维修,保养及清洁（按清洁计划表专人负责） To specify staff to take charge of the simple fix / maintain / cleaning (Follow the Cleaning Plan) 设备的正确操作方法(按使用说明书正确操作)注意其安全性 To follow the operation manual for safety 鱼缸使用注意事项Fish Pool 1. 鱼缸加水时，应从最上面的缸加水，直至加满所有的缸 Fill water from the top pool, until full all pools 2. 将温控开关打开，温度调至所需温度 Switch on the temperature control until adjust get the correct temperature 3. 然后打开各压缩机、水泵、气泵、照明开关 Switch on compressor, water pump, air pump and light. 4. 观察各机器运行是否正常 To check whether all equipment are on good condition. 5. 使用中要注意各电路，切忌与水接触 To ensure electro circuit no contact with water. 鱼缸使用注意事项Fish Pool 6. 清洗鱼缸时关闭所有电源，进行清洗，直至干净 Cut off the power before finish cleaning the fish pool 7. 鱼缸放水时，先将下水口周边的珊瑚石拿开，然后放水 When filling water into fish pool, take away the corallites around the water-taking pipe 8. 鱼缸放完水后，将过滤缸下水阀门打开后放水 Open the Valve of Filter Jar to release the water when the fish pool is empty. 9. 鱼缸出现问题后，立即通知养护科，勿自行处理 Inform Maintenance Dept. immediately, if the Fish Pool has any problem. Do not repair it by yourself 10.出现突然断电情况时，要先关闭电源，等修复后再打开电源开关 In power failure case, switch off the power first, switch on when the power problem fixed. 设备的保养Equipment Maintain 不锈钢设备的保养 Maintain the stainless equipment 例：定期清洁，定期检查螺丝是否松动，勿撞勿碰 Clean regularly, check the filature become flexible or not. 电器设备的保养 Maintain the Electric Equipment 例：磅秤机
