卫生部呼吸内科专业临床药师培训方法交流 侯继秋1付秀娟1朱曼2郭代红2(1吉林大学第二医院; 2中国人民解放军总医院) 摘要 目的:通过总结参加呼吸内科专业临床药师的培训体会,为临床药师学员参加临床药师培训提供方法参考。方法:培训方式以临床实践为主,即培训初期跟从医生查房,中后期主动走到患者床前并分管病人,同时结合理论学习及教学药历、病例分析及用药教育材料等教学培训文档的书写,逐步培养了临床思维。结果:通过一年培训笔者经历了由药治何病,到病选何药,最后过渡到患者个体化用药的不同阶段,完成了呼吸内科专业临床药师培训指南中的相关要求。结论:培训过程可以分不同阶段制定分期目标,旨在通过为期一年的临床药师培训摸索今后临床药学实践的工作思路与方法。 关键词:临床药师,培训,学习体会,呼吸内科 The experience of The Health Ministry Clinical pharmacist’ training in the Department of Respiratory Medicine. Department of Pharmaceutical Care,PLA General Hospital,Beijing,100853) Abstract Objective: To provide reference for clinical pharmacist trainees to take part in clinical practice through summarize our experience on participating in clinical pharmacists’ training in the Department of Respiratory Medicine. Methods: The training focus on the clinical practice, participating in daily clinical rounds with the doctor at first, coming to patient’ bed and co-managing patients with the doctor in the middle and later periods of the training, combined with theoretical learning and related teaching materials. Clinical thinking was improved step by step. Results: After one year training, I experienced various stages of the training: what’ drug for? How to choose the right drug to treat disease? How to make individual administration? I completed the relevant requirements for the clinical pharmacist training guide for the Department of Respiratory Medicine. Conclusion: We could make various goals during different periods of the training. We could also try to find out future working idea and methods for clinical pharmacy practice based on the 1 year training.
