PAGE  PAGE XXVI 浅析FDI对我国对外贸易的影响 姓名：刘震 专业：国际经济贸易 指导老师:于恩峰 摘要 自中国1978改革开放以来，中国经济一直保持着高速度的发展，在1984年GDP增长达15.2，近几年的平均增长也超过了9%，2010年GDP达到39.7万亿，增长率为10.1%。首次超过日本成为世界第二大经济体。这种增长速度不能说不是一个奇迹，但是这种奇迹背后又是什么力量推动中国经济的迅猛发展呢？随着经济全球化的持续发展，除了利用本国的资源和政策外，更中原的一个原因就是利用外部条件来满足自己的需求，国家之间的经济交流就成了不可或缺的一个因素，而利用外国直接投资（FDI）也是发展中国家保持经济高速发展的一个主要途径。国际直接投资是一国融入全球化的主要渠道之一，也是企业国际化经营的一种重要模式。国际直接投资可能减少（替代）贸易，也可能增加（互补）贸易。促进贸易增长，扩大出口，是我国吸引外国直接投资的主要政策目的之一。本文将利用外国直接投资(FDI）对中国外贸的影响来应证，我国应当继续坚持改革开放，深化市场改革，完善我国的投资环境，利用各种优惠政策来进一步的吸引外来投资。在保证经济发展的同时提高外来投资的质量。使中国国际贸易保持高速、稳定的发展。 关键词：外国直接投资(FDI) 推动中国经济 对我国外贸影响 FDI存在的问题 应对策略 Abstract Since Chinas reform and opening-up, 1978 Chinas economy has maintained a high speed development, in 1984 GDP growth of recent years, average growth of 15.2 also exceeded 9%, 2010 GDP growth reached 39.7 trillion, was 10.1 percent.
