浅谈企业财务风险的管理 周莹 安陆市财政局 摘要：近年来随着我国资本市场的快速发展，企业也得到了快速的发展，在这种背景下，财务管理已经成为了企业管理的核心，而财务风险又是财务管理里面的一个重要部分。财务风险是指企业经营过程的不确定性，指企业的财务系统中客观存在的由各种难以预料或无法预料和控制的因素作用，使企业实现的财务收益和预期财务收益发生背离，因而蒙受损失的可能。企业的财务风险表现在企业的各个环节当中，包括企业变现能力的受阻、资金成本控制不力、企业 本文系运用规范研究的方法进行专题研究，结合了大量的资料。本文是一篇关于财务风险探讨的文章。共分为四个部分，首先阐述财务风险的一些理论透析；其次阐述财务风险的表现形式；再次阐述财务风险的因素分析；最后阐述财务风险的解决办法。 本文的创新思路在于能够结合实际提出问题，解决问题。本文的优势在于能够比较全面的阐述财务风险相关的问题。不足之处在于对财务风险的阐述只有一个大概的框架，而没有进行更系统，具体的分析，还有待进一步的探讨。 　　关键词：财务风险；风险成因；风险识别；解决途径  Abstract：Recent years, with the rapid development of Chinas capital market, the enterprise has also been a rapid development, in this context, financial management has become the core of enterprise management, and financial risk is an important part of the inside of financial management.
