But regulation of it in china is not systematic as that of trademark law and property law so that many problems emerge in understanding trade secret. On the base of others’ studies, the paper take protection theories for trade secret as background, on the basis of analysis the shortcoming of trade secret law, and the problem in the practice, the paper put forward suggestions on how to protect trade secret, and put forward some opinions on perfecting the legislation of the trade secret.
